This collection contains a series of interactive templates to enable community groups to maintain their influence over the developing Participation Request process, as their collaboration with the public service authority goes forward. By setting out frameworks for agenda-setting, creative collaboration, and enhancing accountability, the Participation Request Collaboration tools aim to strengthen partnerships between communities and public service authorities and for them to achieve meaningful outcomes together.
