Reflection and Feedback

This collection contains a series of interactive templates to enable community groups to report on their experiences of the process, and to work with public service authorities to design and host an Outcomes and Impact Forum. As a space for sharing challenges and successes with people and communities living and working in the area, the Outcomes and Impact Forum aims to extend and enhance awareness of Participation Requests-in-progress and to stimulate inclusive dialogue around the differences they are making to local outcomes. It is important to capture your experience of the process to highlight what worked and what could be improved for future Participation Requests.
